I know I have fallen so far behind with my blogging. All with good reason, I promise. :-)

I hope everyones holidays were nice. I have been busy booking wedding and other sessions, June is already almost fully booked! With the new year, a new perspective has come into my life along with big changes on the horizon.

Green Breakfast

I know ive been a slacker blogger, but Ill be up to date soon, I promise! Till then try this tasty breakfast. I know going green is the "in" thing right now, but this isnt really like that. I have this breakfast everyday and recently had a client ask me for the recipe, so here it is!

2/3 frozen fruit and 1/2 spinach then cover all the ingredients in OJ. Blend and insert straw. Voila! Enjoy!

Patience

Thanks so much for your patience everyone! Our new computer is up and running and thank God all of my photos were backed up on my external hardrive. Everyone should have one of these babies, not only did it save all of my photos, but all of my music, text documents, and other files. :-) Now that we are back in business ill get everything caught up within the week. Thanks again for your patience!

Susan and Jon Wedding

Susan and Jon were married on Saturday in a BEAUTIFUL beach house in Virginia Beach. The day started out a little rainy and overcast, but turned out beautiful. Thanks so much for letting me be a part of your special day guys! I cant wait to show you all your photographs! Also, if you would like to have your wedding featured on my blog or website just let me know!

Boudoir Parties

I know that there's no section on my website about this, but one kind of photo shoot that has become very popular lately is the Boudoir shoot. Boudoir shoots are basically sexy photo shoots. Lots of brides and newlyweds request these sessions, and the albums that we make are such a great gift -They always gets a fantastic reaction!

Get 5 or 6 of your friends together, each of them throw in some money for the session and the hotel room, the hostess pays nothing. Its a fun filled evening which includes champagne, hourderves, and music. A make-up artist is also available for an extra fee. Girls take turns shooting in a seperate room or sectioned off area of the room. Parties start at $500 and include a little black book for the hostess. Remember, your always a little more daring when your friends are hooting and hollering you on!

Dont want a party? Boudoir sessions for Individuals start at $250.

Dont live in Va? No problem! I'll come to you for your party. A $100 travel fee is applied.

Engagement

I love this couple. Susan, her fiance, and I went to the beach yesterday to shoot their engagement session. About an hour into the session it started pouring rain on us, even though Susan didn't get to change into her second dress I think we got some really great shots. I cant wait to shoot their wedding in Sept!
